It gives us great pleasure to welcome new and repeat guests back to Coral Sands.
Here your health and wellness and that of our team members is our highest priority. In
keeping with this we have implemented several new protocols to ensure the safety of
guests and team members.
We have installed many sanitizer stations throughout the property including at the
entrance and exit doors, outside the elevator and at the bar and in the restaurant.
Guests are encouraged to sanitize their hands on entering the lobby and before
entering the elevator.
You will notice a change at our reception desk as we have installed safety screens.
At check-in guests must provide either a negative antigen covid-19 test result or a
record of full covid-19 vaccination.
Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.
Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool. The pool is open from 8.00am to

Masks are compulsory in all enclosed public spaces, except while dining and guests
should travel with a supply of masks.
Staff will wear personal protective equipment including masks, shields and gloves.
Staff temperature checks will be conducted regularly.
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11.00am.
We will be unable to provide a hospitality shower after check-out.
High touch areas in public spaces will be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
Another change due to Covid-19 is that daily room service can only be provided after
guests have left the room. Please use the sign provided to request room service. If you
would like to opt out of having room service please let the Front Desk know.
